Family Dutch Oven Cooking
Saturday, May 10
1:30 to 4:00 p.m.
All ages welcome!

Learn about Dutch oven cooking from top to bottom in this family-oriented program! We’ll talk about choosing and care of ovens, but focus on meal planning, preparation and eating!

Pre-registration is required; space is limited! Cost is $12/family for members and $15/family for non-members.

Basic GPS for Adults
Tuesday, May 13
6:30-8:30 p.m.
Ages 18 & up

Here’s your chance to learn and practice techniques to help you use GPS in your everyday life! Learn the history and basics of GPS then test your skills on a course outside. All participants will use RBNC’s GPS units.Pre-registration required; class size is limited.

Cost is $15/ person, which includes GPS rental
and instruction

Just Past Full Moon Night Hike
Tuesday, May 20
8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
free & open to all ages

Join a naturalist to explore RBNC after dark! We will be on and off-trail during the hike. Moderate hills may be included. Please dress for the weather and be prepared to be outside the whole time. Leave your flashlights at home
- we will use our night vision!

Adult Dutch Oven Cooking

6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Ages 18 & up

Are you tired of hot dogs and beans over the campfire? Learn about Dutch oven cooking from top to bottom and improve your camping menu! Come to RBNC with plenty of room in your tummy to test our creations and leave with recipes. We’ll talk about choosing and care of ovens, work together to prepare and cook the menu – and eat!

The cost of this program is $6 for members and $10 for non-members. Pre-registration required; space is limited!
